Cleanroom (50m2) with a changing room (20m2)

  • ISO7 cleanliness class (10 000) with access to compressed air and separate gas installation
  • Operation compliant with ISO 14644 standard – Cleanrooms and associated controlled environments

Production space (120m2) with equipment:

Validated production equipment and calibrated control equipment. Production processes include:

  • Production of catheter balloons (including forming and welding
    of shaped and balloons)
  • Brainding wire mesh form nitinol and stainless steel
  • Shaping and finishing the surface of nitinol elements (including heat treatment and electropolishing process)
  • Manual assembly of products, including UV adhesive bonding 
  • Packaging of products in a sterile barrier
  • Prepared raw material warehouse and finished product warehouse

Office space (80m2)

  • Division of space into two rooms, including seven workstations and meeting space
  • Separate kitchen space and sanitary facilities

Our space is perfectly tailored to production, offering comprehensive solutions for research and development projects as well as medical product manufacturing.
